Here's a little bit about me:

My name is Brayden Esler.  I am a singer, actor, and dancer with an interest in theater, musical theater, and on-screen performances.  To date, I have performed in over 40 theatrical productions ranging from musical theater to Shakespeare and have acted on camera several times for film and TV projects. I am represented by Stewart Talent and Nouveaux Talent Management (New York, NY) and am a theater and dance major at Trinity College (Hartford, CT).  I am a lyrical tenor (A2 to Bb4) and study vocals under Robert Iovanna.  I began performing at age 10 in an elementary school production of Aladdin Jr. After falling in love with theater, I continued to develop my performing skills with the Shoreline Theater Academy, where I have performed for 8 years.  I have also studied multiple styles of dance including tap, jazz, contemporary, ballet, hip-hop, and modern. 

Beyond performing…

Outside of performing, I was an active member of the Boy Scouts of America for 10 years. I learned how to lead groups, cook meals, navigate maps, survive in the outdoors and, most importantly, serve my community. I earned the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest recognition in Scouting.  For my Eagle Scout project, I chose to give back to the Shoreline Theater Academy by building seating risers for their future productions. I participated in a variety of sports for many years, including soccer, baseball, basketball and, most recently, fencing. I was proud to help my Epée squad win the 2023 Connecticut State Championship, the first in our school's history. Each of these sports taught me various lessons in team building which are applicable in many aspects of my life.
